My triggers are mostly around mouth noises but there are those videos that pop up here and there of X-rays of someone chewing and swallowing food and I’m wondering if this triggers anyone else.
Oh absolutely. It makes no sense but just the visual of the x-rays, looking at people’s throats as they swallow etc. drives me up the walls. I just have to look away or keep scrolling past the videos and try to find something distracting or the frustration will just build as I think about it. You’re not alone
