I have misophonia (hate certain sounds) and misokinesia (hate certain movements) and people don’t believe I have it. They can’t tell what is going on in my mind! Anyway, my tips are to purchase ear defenders which block out noise. You can also purchase toys that have rubber spikes on them so if you’re angry, you can pull the spikes out. My pet hates are loud chewing, people messing with their faces, fidgeting, people moving their feet in circular motions or moving them, slurping, loud sipping and loud breathing. Gosh they annoy me!
